REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

All donations made to We Are The Communities Hope (W.A.T.C.H.) are final and non-refundable. Once a donation or payment is submitted, whether one-time or recurring. it cannot be canceled or returned. Your contribution directly supports our mission, programs, and community impact. We deeply appreciate your generosity and commitment to helping us serve others.

Recurring Donation Policy

By signing up for a recurring donation, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize W.A.T.C.H. to automatically charge the payment method you provide on the schedule you selected.

  • You may cancel recurring donations at any time by emailing Info@wearethecommunitieshope.org.

  • Cancellations must be received at least 3 business days before the next scheduled charge.

  • Any charges processed before the cancellation request is received are non-refundable.

  • If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to recharge the card. You are responsible for updating expired or invalid payment information.

Program, Event, or Service Payment Policy

If you register or pay for a program, service, or event offered by the nonprofit:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by W.A.T.C.H.

  • If you can no longer participate, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible participant when available.

  • If W.A.T.C.H. cancels a program or event, we may issue a credit toward a future program at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided for personal schedule conflicts, transportation issues, or failure to attend.

Payment Terms

By submitting a payment on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You authorize W.A.T.C.H. to charge the payment method you submit for the full amount, including any applicable fees.

  • All payments must be completed using payment methods accepted through our Wix payment processor.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Declined or failed payments may result in delayed processing, paused registration, or cancellation of program participation.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant systems.W.A.T.C.H. does not store full credit card details on our website or servers.
